National Day of the Cowboy spokesperson Kelsee Bradshaw will be co-hosting this event. She’ll be there from 10am-12:30pm to help choose from the submitted nominations the Payson Cowboy & Cowgirl of the Year, who each receive an American brand cowboy hat from Bob. He will be celebrating all day.
