The A.K. Smiley Public Library is holding a free “Write ’Em Cowboy” panel discussion on Tuesday, July 24, from 6 to 9 p.m. in the library’s Assembly Room. Nicholas Cataldo, Robert J. Harper, Chuck Morris, Paige M. Peyton, J.R. Sanders, Rod Thompson, and Bob Wood will talk about Western literature and the writing process..This event is part of J.R. Sanders’ Read Em Cowboy project to celebrate the 8th Annual National Day of the Cowboy.
