LaOtto Indiana National Day of the Cowboy Moose Lake Craft Village

Indiana Governor Pence approved the National Day of the Cowboy proclamation.Moose Lake Christian Craft Village Is honored to host this celebration in conjunction with National Cowboy Organization’s Board Of Directors Vice Chairman, Indiana’s own cowboy, Jerry Betley. We will celebrate the heritage of the cowboy and his horse, and perhaps bring back some childhood memories for some, and create new memories for others. .We have an exciting day planned, with;
Cowboy cookout, ham and beans, hot dogs, corn bread all cooked in cast iron dutch ovens over a fire pit.
Old time tin type photos in which you can dress up as a cowboy or cowgirl and have your photo taken & framed in barn wood
We may have a Cowboy Church Service in Our Church In The Wildwood
Beautiful horses in corrals for you to see and pet.

Cowboy rope tricks
Themed shopping for cowboy merchandise
Themed shopping in our 1800’s period stores for hand crafted local merchandise and Amish merchandise

Fishing in beautiful Moose Lake where we have 20,000 trophy size fish
Swimming in beautiful moose lake, paddle boat rides, kayaks, canoes, bikes that ride on the water
Bed and breakfast cabins
