Dubois Wyoming National Day of the Cowboy

The National Day of the Cowboy will be celebrated in Dubois, Wyoming, Saturday, July 23.
It’s your chance to mingle with Wyoming cowboys, relive wild shootouts, dance to live music, and taste some whiskey and Western cuisine.
A highlight of the day is always the shootout: a reenactment of a six-shooter confrontation, Old West style,
with a fresh script every year. In addition to the shootout and the return of a crowd-favorite parade, Dubois’ National
Day of the Cowboy will feature a new attraction: a street fair.
Ramshorn Street will be blocked off for a full six hours this year for the street fair, complete with live music at both
ends of the street. On top of that, the National Day of the Cowboy will conclude with a whiskey and wine tasting.
