Longmire Days – Buffalo, WY
September 2, 2021 @ 8:00 am - September 5, 2021 @ 5:00 pm
This is your official source for all the information available about Longmire Days 2021.The Longmire Foundation is sorry to announce that Robert Taylor will not be able to attend Longmire Days 2021 in person because of Australian Covid-19 protocols. He is not the only actor who is unable to attend in person and, unfortunately, there will be no actors in Buffalo this year. However, our Sheriff is happy to star in online and live streamed events along with Katee Sackhoff, Adam Bartley, Bailey Chase, Louanne Stephens, A Martinez, et al.Longmire Days 2021 will move forward as a smaller scale event making this year an homage to the very first Longmire Day in 2012 when Craig sat out in front of the Occidental, under the shade of an umbrella, and signed books for the fans. Buffalo, aka Durant, will be All Longmire, All Over Town for Labor Day Weekend 2021. Once the schedule of the weekend’s exciting events and activities are finalized, including online offerings, we’ll share them with everyone. We will be offering refunds for General Admission tickets (minus ticket fees), but if you are coming to Buffalo, aka Durant, you will need your general admission ticket to purchase live event tickets during the weekend. We plan to host Q&A sessions, book signings, the 5k run, a rodeo, and the popular Longmire Days Street Dance in the downtown area. If you would like a refund, please reply to your ticket e-mail and request a refund. We will still be making our charitable donations this year, so if you would like your already purchased general admission to go to them, there is no need to ask for a refund. Our national charity this year is the National Indigenous Women’s Resource Center in Lame Deer, MT, which figures greatly in Craig Johnson’s next book, Daughter of the Morning Star, available on September 21, 2021. (We will have signed booklets with excerpts from the new book – while supplies last.) Our local charity beneficiary is the Johnson County Search and Rescue. Both of these organizations do lifesaving work, and we are proud to support them in their mission and trust that you will as well. Thank you. This decision to change was hard to make knowing that many of you have made your reservations and travel plans. We hope we have given you, the fans, enough time to change those plans if you decide to, and we are grateful for your kindness and understanding. If you are still planning to come to Buffalo, we have a weekend for you! We are scaled back a bit, but will still be in the same beautiful setting celebrating the best book series ever written along with one of the best TV series. (Craig did not write this. We are all fans too.) Come see us for the weekend!
