With a nod to Redlands’ National Day of the Cowboy celebration, the Eating Room’s usual rustic tea at 4 p.m. Thursday, July 26 will have a twist. Daughters of Eve, a historical clothier, will dress “living mannequins” in Victorian-era clothing and accessories.
